Safe Sheds Storm Shelter Installer

Safe Sheds Storm Shelter Installers are the face of the company, often the only team member our customers meet in person, and frequently greeted as heroes when they pull into a customer's driveway with their shelter.

This position requires a Class A CDL with OTR experience, the ability to work independently, and good time management. Safe Sheds Installers deliver shelters on our modified 2017 Freightliner Cascadia semis and specialized pup trailers, loading them at our Salem facility, securing their loads, and delivering across the Midwest and Southeast U.S. Our installers are home every weekend, and, usually, one or two nights throughout the week. We recognize that our installers are a critical part of the team and treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve. There are no cameras inside Safe Sheds trucks, and, once the shelters are delivered and installed, Installers come home to Salem with no backhauls. Safe Sheds is a small, family run company, and we don't play games or BS you. 

Starting Pay:Minimum of $22/hour, all hours (OT after 40 hours)
                      $8/hour, all drive time (behind the wheel)
                      $75/shelter installed

Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Available: Cost to employees is $18/week to $57/week, depending on selected plan. Available after 60 days of employment.

Paid vacation, paid holidays, daily per diem, phone provided, showers and parking paid by company, weekly direct deposit.
